Meeting Dates & Committee Rosters

Submissions are due by 5 PM on the deadline date, unless otherwise noted. Late submissions of new protocols and amendments will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting. The IRB cannot guarantee that late submissions of renewals will be reviewed. Incomplete protocol submissions will not be reviewed until all necessary materials have been received regardless of the date the initial submission was received.

Please note that new protocols and amendments have different submission deadlines. Renewal deadlines will usually fall on Fridays. For meetings beginning in 2008, new submission and amendment deadlines will be on TUESDAYS.

IRB Submission and Meeting Dates


Clinical Trials Review Committee

Per IRB policy, protocols requiring review by the Clinical Trials Review Committee (CTRC) must be approved by the CTRC or approved with stipulations prior to review by the IRB. Deferred studies or studies which have not yet undergone review by the CTRC will be returned to the PI if submitted to the IRB. For clarification regarding what studies require review by the CTRC, please see the IRB Policies and Procedures Manual.
